AFTER READING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW, CLICK THIS LINK TO REGISTER. NOTE: You may want to print this page so you have the instructions as you go through the registration process.
- After clicking on the link above, the first field to be completed is the “Account #” - this # can be found at the top right of your Account Statement. This number is different for each of your accounts (APO, Sewer, Water, Water Special Assessment). BEGIN BY REGISTERING YOUR APO ACCOUNT. You will then either enter the last name on the account OR the lot # (note, when using a lot # always use a 3 digit number) and an email address.
- Repeat the same process, however, replace the Account # with the appropriate Sewer, Water, and Special Assessment Account #'s. Thus you will have registered four accounts, each with identical information aside from the Account #.
- An email will be sent that contains a link to create a username and password. Once each email has been received, click on the link to complete registration. IMPORTANT: When choosing a User Name for APO add a 1 to the end (Example: Smith1), for Sewer add a 2 (Example: Smith2), add a 3 for Sewer and a 4 for Special Assessment. You will later chose a Master User Name that will access all accounts at once and you will use just your chosen User Name (Example: Smith)
- Verify your information when logging in, type in your email address and change the time zone. On the next page click “Go to my Site.”
- Next, log out using the button located at the upper right hand side of the screen and repeat with all the each of the emails you received (you will do this once for each account).
- Go back to the “Member’s Only” tab on the website and log in to your APO account.
- Click on the profile button. Go to the Preferences tab. Next to Multi-Community Access, follow the link in "click here to enable multi-community access." This screen is where you will enter the information that ties your other accounts to your APO account. Choose a Master login name and password. This is going to be the login you will use to access ALL of your accounts at once. Click “save.”
- Click “Add Master Communities” and complete the screen using the following:
Community Codes
Sewer Account is code "SHL200" - Use name/password you set up for Sewer
Water Account is code "SHL300" - Use name/password you set up for Water
Dam Assessment is code "SHL400" - Use name/password you set up for Dam Assmt
- Enter the username and password assigned to each of those accounts. Make sure the default is checked next to the Sewer account and click save.
- Refresh your screen. You will see a Master Console at the bottom of the menu. You use the drop down in the Master Console to go between accounts.
