Public Safety
Sleepy Hollow Lake has a full time staff of Security Personnel to protect and serve our community, headed by Captain Adam Greco.
The Information Center is also known as the Public Safety Office.
The office opens at 8am everyday and closes at 6pm. Wednesday is the late night with the office remaining open until midnight.

Call the office staff can assist with the following:
- Questions on account information (i.e., balance due, payments made, property owner address, phone number, boats, vehicles, occupants, amenity pass, water usage, etc.
- Make payments (check, cash, credit card or money order) for Dues, Sewer or Water charges.
- Purchase garbage bags or maps of the Sleepy Hollow Lake Community.
- Issue and update property owner amenity passes, guest passes and seasonal passes (when authorized).
- Check in and out of campground facilities.
- Make reservations for Lodge, Picnic Area, Tennis Club, BBQ Pit, & Campground Pavilion.
